Multi Trader – Social Housing

Location: Bracknell

Salary: Up to £40,933 per annum Van & Fuel

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Contract: Temp to Perm

Build Recruitment are working on behalf of a well established social housing provider to recruit an experienced Multi Trader / Advanced Multi Skilled Operative to join their South East responsive repairs team, operating out of their Bracknell office.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs, right first time , within occupied social housing properties. This is a varied, hands on role carrying out both internal and external maintenance works while providing an excellent level of customer service.
