Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading Social Housing company in their search for an experienced Multi Trade contractor to work on a contract in Stratford Upon Avon.

For the successful Multi Trader our client is offering:

  • £22 per hour (CIS/Umbrella PAYE)
  • Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
  • Overtime paid at enhanced rates
  • Call out rota (if wanted)
  • Temporary

The Role: Multi Trader

Working throughout Stratford Upon Avon.

Responsibilities

  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct regular quality checks
  • Following health and safety regulations
  • Restocking materials

What our client is looking for in a Multi Trader

  • City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent (ESSENTIAL)
  • Own van and tools (ESSENTIAL)
  • Multi trade experience (ESSENTIAL)
  • Full UK Driving License (ESSENTIAL)
