Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide 1st level technical troubleshooting support to Service for Non-Vestas
- Provide onsite and back-office support on the blade damages assessment and repair methods.
- Travel on a need basis to wind farms in order to enable direct issue resolution, supervision, or development of Blade technicians
- Efficiently respond and supervise resolution of issues raised by the service operations team by the C4C/TSL ticketing system
- Acting as Multibrand focal point for blades technical issues.
- Provision of 1st level response to technical inquiries from the regional service operational and commercial relationship teams
- Escalation of complex issues to the LATAM blade team, support the blade team where appropriate through issue resolution
- Support the with the identification of spare parts, materials and documentation, both for creation and improvement related to blades technical issues.
