Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and versatile individual with a proven track record of success in a similar position.


The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working within a Family Office or Financial Company, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. Responsibilities include:


  • Maintaining the safety, order, and confidentiality of the premises
  • Daily building tour tasks such as watering plants, checking and refilling coffee machines and refrigerators
  • Ensuring proper functioning of equipment by coordinating maintenance activities with external service providers when necessary
