Position Overview:
The Loan Servicing/Loan Accounting Group at Freddie Mac Multifamily is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to manage a portfolio of Seller/Servicers for various multifamily products and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external business partners.
This position manages servicing portfolios, including securitizations where Freddie Mac is Master Servicer and balance sheet loan products. Additional duties may include areas of specialization (e.g. CREFC IRP, servicer performance evaluation, bond credit enhancement disbursements, post funding mortgage disbursements, management reporting).
