Location: bet365, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia.


Position: Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish speaking Customer Account Advisor - support the company's operation at our offices based in Bogotá.

Responsibilities



  • Assist the global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.

  • Handle a wide variety of account queries including payments, login, verification and betting queries.

  • Review and elevate queries from customers to superiors when required.

  • Provide a positive experience to customers and resolve their queries as soon as possible.

  • Use internal tools to resolve customer queries.

  • Promote Responsible Gambling.

  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of licensing policies, procedures and criteria.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • Language requirements: B2 in Portuguese and B2 in English.

  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to find resolution.

  • Competent literacy and numeracy skills.

  • Preferred experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of development and Customer Support processes and procedures (highly desirable).

  • Strong desire and passion to lead, coach, and develop others, identifying development areas that facilitate the progression of advisors and their day-to-day performance.

  • Collaborative mindset, adaptability and willingness to embrace new tasks within this diverse role.


Work Arrangements and Benefits



  • Working 40 hours a week (5 days) or 4 days on a 10-hour shift or 5 days on an 8-hour shift between 07:00 and 02:30 the next day.
