- Providing accurate information and clear solutions
- Supporting customers with general questions and technical issues
- Managing complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Updating customer records and following internal procedures
- Ensuring excellent service in every interaction
What Were Looking For
- Native/C2 speakers of: German, Danish, Norwegian, Dutch, French, or Flemish
- English B2+ proficiency
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
