Provide professional multilingual end-user support, resolving technical issues and tracking incidents accurately in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web in one or more foreign languages including but not limited to English and German.
  • Performing restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.
  • Resolving account-specific technical, customer, and end-user issues.
  • Responding to end-user problems based on standard procedures.
  • Accurately and timely tracking incidents and calls, including entering data into the database.

About You
