We are seeking a highly organized and proactive German-speaking Content Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our content moderation team, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in handling user-generated content.

• Coordinate daily operational needs for the German-language content moderation team.
• Monitor and report on key moderation metrics (quality, productivity, SLA adherence).

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in content moderation or community operations with a strong understanding of online community standards and user safety. They must also possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with proficiency in English language at B2+ level.
