Job Description
GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Multimedia Designers! This role revolves around creating visually appealing and effective designs to complement various written materials across different platforms, mostly Meta and TikTok.
Salary Range: ₱85,000 - ₱90,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home
- $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
- Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)
Paid Time Off:
- 7 holiday PTO days/year
- 6 regular PTO days/year
What You’ll Do
- Design visually engaging and brand-consistent assets for client web pages, including banners, product images, and page layouts
- Enhance and repurpose existing creative: cropping, resizing, text overlays, optimizing for desktop and mobile web experiences
