Insight Global is looking for a Multimedia Technical Analyst to join a large global financial institution in Bengaluru and Hyderabad on a multi‑year contract. The chosen candidate will join the Multimedia Operation Control Centre team, which supports audio and video conference meetings for the firm globally and operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The team works in a high‑paced environment, supporting hundreds of events every day. These events vary in complexity, from simple point‑to‑point calls to large Town Halls connected to every Goldman Sachs office worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and health checks, processing multimedia requests such as audio and video conferences/events, resolving audio conference, video conference, and Zoom booking issues, and setting up, monitoring, and managing audio and video conferences both remotely and onsite.
