As a Multimedia Support Consultant, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth and professional support. 


Your responsibilities include:


  • Providing operational support for the use of social media and digital tools: technical assistance, troubleshooting, and practical advice.


  • Managing the lending of audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, filming accessories, etc.) and assisting users in handling it to ensure the quality of recordings.

  • Organizing and supervising the booking and use of the internal recording studio: scheduling, welcoming users, and checking equipment.
