Multinational Client Coordinator

* Coordinate the day-to-day multinational servicing activities (producing and issuing) throughout the program lifecycle on an assigned portfolio of accounts.* Provides local technical and administrative support to Issuing Office (IO) Multinational Specialist and coordinates service requirements for the local portion of the Controlled Master Program (CMP) while managing communication and relationships with the producing office, client/broker, and Shared Services teams* Proactively manage pre-bind activities including: + Utilizing available AIG tools and technology, the completion of a comprehensive territorial analysis detailing the multinational regulatory requirements to be included in the quotation document. + Collection of any other specific regulatory information impacting the program including tariff and / or minimum rates, mandatory retentions or cessions and any other regulatory matters requiring engagement with the AIG network prior to binding. + Promote and drive the adopti...
