To provide administrative support to enable an efficient underwriting process, complying with Chubb technical and procedural requirements and ensuring speedy and accurate interaction with clients and intermediaries. Also to provide account handling support to Multinational underwriters for Multinational Programs requiring servicing. The role holder will be expected to build relationships and have regular contact with brokers, clients, overseas Underwriters. . This will involve discussion, negotiation and problem solving.
Manage a portfolio of multinational insurance accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery to global clientsLiaise and Communicate with Producing office, brokers, underwriters, and clients to clarify requirements, resolve queries, and provide updates.Completing all activities required following receipt of Bound Programme Notices & Implementation instructions from overseas Chubb offices including policy issuance, certificates, invoices, RI registration and updating MAX in line with Chubb guidelines and standards.Print and log policies documentations and all correspondence and assigns our reference number in accordance with the prescribed methodology. This includes a soft copy backup in the hard drive with a trail of folders for respective LOBs.Support the implementation of global insurance programs, including coordination of local policies and master policies.Handle policy administration, including new business, Certificates , renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for multinational programs.Handle policy administration, including new business, Certificates , renewals, endorsements, and cancellations for multinational programs.Identify and escalate complex issues or risks to management as appropriate.Prepare any reports and associated tasks that may be required by management.Register accounts and process premium bookings in local systems, including issuing policies and quotes, and allocating reinsurance, as required.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the onboarding of new multinational clients.Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with SLA and build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Support and follow up with Finance team for premium collection /Credit control from local clients, brokers and Chubb producing offices in case of Central collection.Upload all files on archive systems on a timely manner.Assist in preparing Quotes, UW referrals and policies for Local accounts, as required.Assist in ongoing project such wordings and system updates etc. Demonstrates flexibility and readiness to undertake any duties assigned by management
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3 years -5 Years Prior experience in, multinational account handling, Underwriting, insurance administration, or a similar role is preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in relevant IT systems and Computer skills (., policy administration platforms, MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional insurance qualifications (such as CII or equivalent) are an advantageEager to learnProficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.Additional languages are an advantage.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues in required language.Additional languages are an advantage.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues in required language.
