Job Scope

• Deliver professional and timely customer service via phone, email, and live chat
• Handle customer enquiries and appointment requests with clarity and care
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues tactfully when required to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• Minimum N / O / A Levels, ITE or Diploma in any discipline
• Prior experience in a call centre, contact centre, or service-oriented environment is an advantage
