Assistant Warehouse Manager

The Assistant Warehouse Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and staff supervision. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, accurate stock management, and smooth coordination with logistics partners and internal teams.

Inventory Management Executive

The Inventory Management Executive is responsible for inventory accuracy and stock movement across the warehouse and outlets. This role manages inbound receiving, replenishment, order fulfilment, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and inventory reporting, while coordinating closely with Finance, Merchandising, IT, and Logistics teams.

Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse activities such as receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and preparing goods for local and export deliveries. This role ensures goods are handled safely, stored neatly, and dispatched accurately, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Class 4 Driver

The Class 4 Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods between the warehouse, retail outlets, and third-party locations. This role includes loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper documentation, performing basic vehicle checks, and supporting warehouse operations when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or delivery operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational priorities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a professional work attitude.
• Forklift licence is an advantage for warehouse-based roles.
• Valid Class 4 driving licence is required for the Driver role.
