Workshop Supervisor - Heavy Vehicles & Plant

An opportunity is available for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy mechanical operation in Canberra. This is a hands-on role combining diesel mechanical work with team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise diesel mechanics and subcontractors
  • Diagnose faults across heavy vehicles and plant
  • Prioritise workloads and manage maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate parts purchasing and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records

About You

  • 5+ years' experience with trucks and/or plant
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

We are seeking two Project Supervisors to oversee facilities maintenance works and contractor delivery. You will manage scheduling, on-site supervision and quality outcomes.
