£51,000 per annum

4 on 4 off | Nights | 18:00-06:00

The Role

My Client is seeking for a Night Shift Engineer to support a busy FMCG manufacturing site in Coventry. This is a hands‑on role focused on maintaining production efficiency through effective reactive and planned maintenance.

  • Reactive and planned maintenance across food processing and packaging machinery
  • Electrical and mechanical fault‑finding on production equipment
  • Supporting line start‑ups, changeovers and night shift operations
  • Completing PPMs and engineering documentation
  • Working safely in line with food hygiene and site procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Time‑served or Level 3 qualified Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi‑Skilled)
  • Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing preferred
