Multiskilled Operator - (Industrial Wastewater Treatment)

Job Purpose:

To operate, monitor, and maintain ETP equipment and processes to ensure effective treatment of effluent in compliance with regulatory norms. As a multiskilled operator, the role requires handling both operations and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems to achieve safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Monitoring

• Operate ETP units (screening, equalization, aeration, clarifiers, filters, RO/ZLD units, sludge handling, etc.).
• Monitor and control process parameters (flow, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, DO, MLSS, etc.).
• Carry out sampling, basic water quality testing, and maintain log sheets.
