Role Highlights
No weekends or bank holidays required
£48,000 basic salary + shift allowances + monthly KPI bonus
3-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
5 weeks holiday
Up to ca £54,000 p.a.
Overtime paid at 1.5x rate

What You'll Need
Level 3 apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Cross-disciplinary skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
Strong fault-finding abilities and continuous improvement mindset
