Murex CEM Consultant

We are seeking a CEM Consultant to work on an environment management role on Murex in Mexico to work in a client-servicing role with the following responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage Murex Software using Murex tools and scripts.
• Perform basic smoke tests. Act as a first level support, re-directing and following the issues with the corresponding support teams.
• Utilize Murex configuration management tools & methodologies to import/export configuration items and analyze related issues.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Jenkins and Atlassian tools.
• Support and manage infrastructure components using Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Manage and maintain development, staging, and production environments, ensuring consistency and high availability.
• Perform database sanitization and purging procedures.
• Migration sequence execution and stabilization. Reconciliation mismatch production. Follow up on migration defects.
• Contribute in creating the CEM methodologies, conversion processes, communication workflows and needed templates and documentations.
• Customize and document the installation and the conversion/upgrade procedures.
• Deliver needed training and best practices for clients.
• Manage internal streams by contributing in creating tools, measure related KPIs and analyze potential issues.

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Computer Network, Computer Science or related discipline.
  
• At least 2-3 years working as Murex Configuration Environment Management Consultant.
  
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) for deployment and infrastructure tasks.
  
• Motivation to work in the financial software/ investment banking industry.
  
• Experienced with Shell Script, SQL.
  
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.
  
• Experienced in Control-M setup and familiarity with batch architecture.
  
• Experienced in middleware tools ( Kafka, MQ etc).
  
• Familiar with Cloud Computing, such as DevOps (Git, Jenkins)/ Cloud (AWS, Azure) and other tools CI/CD, Oracle.
  
• Knowledge of Murex GOM.
  
• A strong proven track record of client servicing. Understand customer needs and build effective relationships.
  
• Strong time management skills and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
