Murex Credit/Rates Functional Support Analyst

Role Summary

As a member of the Murex Credit/Rates Functional Support team , you will support Crédit Agricole CIB’s global Front Office fixed income and credit derivatives business, which operates 24/7 across major financial hubs including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Paris, New York, and Montreal. The role centers on ensuring the stability, accuracy, and continuity of the Murex V3 platform, a mission‑critical system for real‑time PnL, risk metrics, pricing, and regulatory reporting. Your primary responsibility is to maintain smooth daily operations by resolving incidents, responding to trader and Sales inquiries, and driving continuous improvement to enhance platform stability and user experience.
