The mission of the Functional Support Analyst will be under the control of a support leader to :

  • Support Murex Front office users : assist users worldwide (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulatory/Compliance, ) with responsiveness and efficiency,
  • Monitor & follow up Murex Production chain (End of Day Reporting, Performance optimization, Process securitization & robustness),
  • Analyze, investigate & resolve production issues with collaboration with Vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams,
  • Regularly communicate the production status with Murex clients, ensure the quality of service and facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.
