Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Professional Fee Surgery Coder with a strong background in colorectal procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of colorectal-specific coding experience and a proven ability to handle high-volume coding efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately code colorectal surgical procedures for professional billing (Pro Fee).
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable coding guidelines and payer requirements.
  • Review operative reports and assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate coding for approximately 30 cases per hour.
