Multiskilled Operative – Exeter

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance response work on MOD housing. Your work will be based in Exeter and surrounding area. 

This is a permanent role and offers a £34,000 salary van and fuel card. 
This position will start temp for 12 weeks through us as an agency then you will transfer onto a permanent contract.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

  • All aspects of responsive maintenance work on MOD properties

  • Completing a variety of works in various trade

  • Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc

  • Driving a work van safely and responsibly

    • Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

  • Good multi-trade experience

  • Good attitude

  • Honest and reliable

  • Ideally social housing/ MOD experience
