Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications, optimize database schemas, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Web application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and storage.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices related to the company’s tech stack.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Contribute to project documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and API documentation.
  • Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development team.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering, a Bootcamp Certification, or equivalent practical experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proficiency in front‑end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in server‑side development with languages such as ColdFusion, ASP, or PHP.
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Lodash, jQuery, and Bootstrap is a plus.
  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for optimal performance.
  • Ability to think critically and work through complex technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Agile development methodologies.
