Executive Recruiter – US Recruitment (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
Position Level: Intermediate / Experienced
Years of Experience: At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with minimum 1 year handling US-based candidates (Corporate or Agency Recruitment)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of total recruiting experience
  • At least 1 year of direct recruiting experience for US-based candidates
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Comfortable using different recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS
  • Willing to work graveyard or early morning shifts to align with US time zones (weekends off)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
