Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations activities.
  • Establish customer rapport and improve service level by having progressive meetings with customer with service improvement objective.
  • Resolve all service level issues in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationship.
  • Maintain performance measurement (KPI) for customer & internal activities to achieve customer SLA and expectations.
