Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business analyst to understand issues raised by the customer, provide effort estimation and identify bugs that need to be fixed.
  • Perform bug fixing for existing modules.
  • Liaise with business analyst to understand change request raised by the customer, provide effort estimation.
  • Perform development for change requests.
  • Perform unit test, system integration test, UAT and deployment.
  • Perform version control on the source codes being maintained.
  • Perform necessary documentation for software maintenance

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of working experience in Visual C++ 6.0 onwards or VB6
  • Familiar with version control, e.g., GIT or SVN
  • Familiar with development and deployment methodology
  • A team player, able to backup fellow team member
  • Able to commit time for deployment during off business hours
