About the role

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust invites applications for these high quality and exciting posts, which have been designed primarily for trainees who have successfully completed their FY2 placements and wish to complete a CST equivalent training within Surgery.

These posts are an ideal steppingstone for trainees between their FY2 and Specialty training posts and offer opportunities for applicants to develop skills and experience in other areas such as medical education and quality/service improvement. Our posts combine education and career development with practical patient-facing care. These posts are also suitable for trainees who wish to build their portfolios before applying for national core training rotations.
