Key Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership & Motivation:
    • Lead, motivate, and drive the frontline sales executive team to achieve and exceed revenue targets across assigned territories, segmented by product lines and market segments.
  2. Revenue & Collection Management:
    • Ensure timely payment collection adhering strictly to the MYKL credit policy to maintain healthy cash flows.
  3. New Channel Development:
    • Identify, evaluate, and appoint high-potential new outlets and channel partners in existing and emerging towns to expand market presence.
  4. Existing Channel Management:
    • Strengthen relationships with primary and secondary channel partners through effective retention strategies and growth initiatives.
    • Support partners in achieving their sales targets and overall business development.
