Job Description
Role Objective:
To drive business growth within the assigned territory by effectively managing sales targets, channel partners, market penetration initiatives, and influencer engagement, in alignment with company strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth across assigned product lines and customer segments within the territory.
- Payment & Credit Management: Ensure timely payment collections in accordance with MYKL's credit policies and procedures.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard high-potential retail outlets in existing and new markets to expand distribution footprint.
- Channel Partner Development: Manage and grow existing primary and secondary channel partners. Enable partners to achieve sales targets through consistent engagement and support.
- Market Penetration: Expand into new towns and geographies. Increase numeric and weighted reach as per organizational objectives.
- Promotional & Field Activities: Execute activities including in-shop promotions, on site meets, mason meets, and retailer events to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify, enroll, and nurture relationships with key influencers such as masons, contractors, architects, engineers, and standalone builders to drive product advocacy and generate demand.
- Product Portfolio Selling: Drive sales across the complete product range. Support and execute new product launches in the territory.
- Market Intelligence & Competition Mapping: Gather and report insights on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Strategize to capture market share from competition through targeted interventions.
- Market Working & Coverage: Adhere to defined market working norms and call frequency as per DRCP (Daily Route Call Plan) guidelines.
- Lead Management & Site Conversion: Follow up on construction site leads and ensure high conversion rates through effective solution selling.
