Role: Account Executive, MySQL HeatWave (OCI) – Mid-Career
Location: Tokyo (Greater Tokyo area), Hybrid, Oracle Japan Tokyo office; domestic travel as needed
About the Role
Join Oracle Japan’s MySQL Global Business Unit to drive net-new and expansion revenue for MySQL Database Service and MySQL HeatWave on OCI. This is a hunter-leaning, quota-carrying role focused on building and closing a high-velocity pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
What You Will Do
+ Own the full sales cycle for MySQL Database Service and MySQL HeatWave on OCI: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and close.
+ Allocate 50%+ of weekly time to new logo acquisition and whitespace expansion.
