MySQL HeatWave Senior Solutions Engineer

Your primary responsibility is to lead technical discussions, design solutions, and drive successful adoption of MySQL HeatWave in enterprise and strategic accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor for customers while also contributing to best practices and reusable assets that benefit the wider team.
 

Key activities include:

• Leading proof of concepts, benchmarks, and technical evaluations with customers.
• Designing and documenting repeatable architectures and cloud solutions.
• Delivering customer-facing technical workshops, demos, and presentations.
• Creating new industry-focused solutions using cloud-native technologies.
• Driving reporting and metrics on business activities and customer success.
• Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap.
• Acting as a mentor for junior engineers to help them grow technically.
