Job Description
Your primary responsibility is to lead technical discussions, design solutions, and drive successful adoption of MySQL HeatWave in enterprise and strategic accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor for customers while also contributing to best practices and reusable assets that benefit the wider team.
Key activities include:
Leading proof of concepts, benchmarks, and technical evaluations with customers. Designing and documenting repeatable architectures and cloud solutions. Delivering customer-facing technical workshops, demos, and presentations. Creating new industry-focused solutions using cloud-native technologies. Driving reporting and metrics on business activities and customer success. Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap.
