Job Overview
Position: Self‑Employed Contractor (Mystery Shopper) covering work in Spain. The role is not employed; work is between 1 and 2 days a week, depending on client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide monthly availability for the proposed work.
- Plan and manage the work given within the time‑scales agreed with the client.
- Complete audit reports immediately after audit and submit on the day of the audit.
- Ensure any errors on the reports are corrected and updated within 12 hours of the request.
- Keep your Line Manager / Lead Auditor apprised of client requests during audits.
- Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with the equipment and software used in the business and provide your own laptop or tablet for this work.
