(N) Supplier QA Engineer

Job Description Quality Engineer monitors and audits the quality of all manufactured goods across a variety of process steps. They work to not only find defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution. The quality engineer monitors, tests and inspects products to make sure they meet specified standards. They are responsible for the continuous improvement of the materials, mechanical and electrical systems.

• Lead interdepartmental teams in quality continuous improvement, providing concrete solutions.
• Investigate and document findings in the production lines.
• Establish quality criteria for the finished product inspection, subassemblies, rework, processes and documents.
• Monitor and validate the processes of new products.
• Document and follow up on material issues with internal or external suppliers.
