NA Payment Solution Analyst 1 – Payment Release Analyst

Job location: Buenos Aires city, Puerto Madero/Retiro.

What you will do

  • Ensure accurate payment transactions: control invoices received by vendor, verify PO created by volumetric team, posting of hydrocarbon invoices (MoT: Vessels, Rail and trucks), ensure accuracy for movements and payments of vendors on due date, clear pending items and resolve issues preventing payment.
  • Month-end close activities: perform MEC control checks, ensuring all entries posted before WD4 with correct accounting month; provide metrics completeness information on late payment reasons (SAP Late Accruals, Prior Period Adjustments) monthly.
