About the job
We are looking for an experienced NAC (Network Access Control) Engineer to join our team. If you have a strong background in network security and a passion for solving complex challenges, this role is for you!
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Ernakulam, Kerala. We are looking for candidates ready to relocate in the next 1 month.
Who You Are
Network Security Professional with hands-on experience in NAC solutions
Strong knowledge of AAA technologies (RADIUS, TACACS, 802.1 X) and VPN protocols (IKEv1, IKEv2, SSL VPN, IPsec)
Experience with networking devices/products
Solid understanding of NAC architecture, policies
Solid understanding of NAC Posturing and Profiling
Logical problem-solver with strong analytical skills
Proficient in Malayalam and English languages
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enforce, and manage network access control policies (802.1 X, MAB, posture assessment, device profiling)
Manage NAC solutions for secure network access
Integrate NAC with network infrastructure and security tools like RADIUS, Active Directory, firewalls, SIEMs, and identity services
Monitor NAC system logs, events, and alerts — analyze and resolve access or compliance issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, device provisioning, and network access
Integrate NAC with switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices
Integrate NAC with Patch Management, DLP and EDR solutions
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance network security
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of experience working with NAC Solutions
Hands-on troubleshooting experience in complex network environments
Cisco Security Certifications
Familiarity with Cisco ISE preferred
