Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, IT, or related field.
- Good organisational and data management skills.
- Basic knowledge of reporting, documentation, and filing.
- Able to coordinate with multiple sites and teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
Responsibility
- Collect, compile, and manage data and reports from NADI sites (e.g. Smart Services activities, program participation, timelines).
- Ensure reports and documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and updating shared folders for audits and internal reference.
- Prepare and submit volunteer payment requests when required and coordinate with the Finance team for follow-up.
