Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Project Manager with a strong background in embedded systems development and project management. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing large-scale embedded projects, ensuring delivery excellence, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Prepare and maintain Project Plans and Schedules, ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery.

✅ Identify and implement appropriate Tools, Technologies, Standards, Processes, and Guidelines to enhance project efficiency and quality.

✅ Establish and enforce Coding Standards in collaboration with the customer.

✅ Plan and drive Defect Prevention activities at the project level.

✅ Ensure proper Configuration Management and documentation of all project artefacts.

✅ Conduct regular Reviews of software development activities as per the project plan.

✅ Verify product readiness for release through Release Reviews and authorize deliverables.

✅ Manage and approve Intermediate Deliverables and Patch Releases to customers.

✅ Provide Weekly Status Reports and lead project status discussions with stakeholders and customers.

✅ Monitor the practical usage of tools and processes to ensure continuous Productivity and Quality Improvements.

✅ Proactively manage and communicate Status, Issues, and Risks with all stakeholders.

✅ Ensure team adherence to Quality, Security, Operational Resilience, and Non-Functional Requirements.

Key Requirements

✅ 10+ years of experience in Embedded Systems project management.

✅ Strong understanding of embedded product development lifecycle, tools, and processes.

✅ Proven track record in managing large-scale embedded projects from inception to delivery.

✅ Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Ability to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

✅ Proficiency in managing risks, issues, and change management processes.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Familiarity with Defect Prevention, Release Management, and Configuration Management processes.
