Job Description
We are a warm and loving family based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, looking to hire a part-time nanny for our one year old. We are seeking someone who is caring, reliable, and has experience working with young children.
The position is live-out and will involve part-time hours. Our hope is to find someone who is available until 2pm on Tuesday and Thursday to accommodate my medical appointments. We hope to offer 10-12 hours a week total. The ideal candidate would be able to come regularly enough for our daughter to be comfortable and familiar with them. We are able to be flexible with when the remaining hours would be.
Ultimately, we are looking for additional support as a navigate a difficult health situation. Which would involve caring for our daughter while I am out of the house, but also while I’m home and feeling unwell. We are hoping to find someone who would also be comfortable helping us with cooking and cleaning, for the times I’m well enough to play with my daughter.
