Nanny

I'm looking for flexible childcare for the next 6 months. I have a two boys who are 2 and 1. Hours are flexible and could range between 20-35 hours a week and timing can vary. I'm more interested in getting the right person and then working to find the situation that works for us as a team. I currently have childcare from 8:30-3:00, but my provider goes south for the winter, so I'm looking to replace her, starting in late October. We can have a transition where the kids get used to the new provider in advance of jumping right into the new situation.
