Job Description: 

The role is technical in nature, requires strong analytical and programming skills in Mainframes.

The candidate needs to work in UK/US shift.

Essential Skills

Expertise in development and maintenance of Mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2 and REXX Very strong Cobol &DB2 skills

Expertise in REXX is a plus

Having hands-on experience on Changeman and Insync is a plus

Experience in handling daily client interactions is a plus

Strong Analytical, Problem Solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Expertise in Mainframe Application development

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze the functional specifications and understand client requirements

Co-ordinate with functional consultants in resolving any implementation issues

Involves in coding, testing, documentation and peer review of developed custom modules

Involves in support for developed customs, analyzing online screens, querying DB2 database for post-delivery issues

Developing and maintenance of screens using REXX Education Requirements
