What’s the Opportunity?

As a National Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Juice, Cordial, and Syrups portfolio in Woolworths. This is more than an account‑management role—it’s an opportunity to lead strategic thinking, influence national plans, and deliver sustainable growth for some of Australia’s most loved brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Strategy – Partner with the Head of National Accounts to design and execute long‑term business plans.
  • Leading Commercial Outcomes – Own trading terms, negotiations, and profitability targets.
  • Championing Innovation – Lead new product launches and category growth initiatives.
  • Building Partnerships – Cultivate relationships with major retailers to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Proven experience in national account leadership within FMCG.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
