**About the role**



This role will responsible for National Account Customer Handling.



**Role Responsibilities:**



+ Review all assigned calls on a **daily basis** to ensure progress and timely action

+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders for **quick resolution** of open items

+ Avoid penalties by ensuring **strict adherence to TAT guidelines**

+ Participate in daily/weekly reviews and provide status updates as required

+ May promote various products/services to ensure business targets are met.



**Role Purpose:**



+ National Account Customer Handling

+ To ensure timely call closures, compliance with TAT, effective preventive maintenance execution, and proper documentation in line with customer and contractual requirements



**Minimum Requirements:**



+ 3/5 Years Experience in HVAC
