About the role

This role will responsible for National Account Customer Handling.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Review all assigned calls on a daily basis to ensure progress and timely action
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for quick resolution of open items
  • Avoid penalties by ensuring strict adherence to TAT guidelines
  • Participate in daily/weekly reviews and provide status updates as required
  • May promote various products/services to ensure business targets are met.

  • To ensure timely call closures, compliance with TAT, effective preventive maintenance execution, and proper documentation in line with customer and contractual requirements
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • 3/5 Years Experience in HVAC
