Based in Skygate, Brisbane, we are looking for an experienced leader to join us in a transformative leadership role that blends strategic oversight with cutting‑edge operational innovation. You will head up our newly established Heidelberg Remote Optimisation Centre Aggregates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver real‑time support and performance optimisation across fixed plant and mobile equipment.
• Provide strategic leadership across national aggregates operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Develop and implement programmes to uplift management practices, technical training, and operational standards.
• Identify and deploy technologies that enhance remote optimisation and site‑based processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development across the aggregates function.
