What is the opportunity?

As a strategic member of a national senior management team, you will provide specialized support and operational guidance within a reputable and growing high performance investment counselling firm. The National Manager, Governance will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Regional Managers, Governance who are responsible for the governance framework, standards, policies and controls within RBC Phillips Hager & North Investment Counsel. The role serves to ensure that we operate in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, utilizing industry best practices while enabling effective oversight of portfolio management, advisory processes, client suitability, delegation of authority, risk controls and reporting to senior leadership and committees.
