Job Description

 Strategies and Establish the Tele Collections for the Unsecured Products.

• Drive overall performance for Call center Collection.

• Monitoring key metrics on daily basis Contactability, PTPs, Conversions.

• Customer segmentation to drive contactability and TF conversion.

• Campaign design.

• Incentive scheme design and roll out.

• Review and improve day to day operations.

• Initiatives to improve PTPs, contacts, conversions.

• Call Center engagement, visibility and branding.

• Field Management - To set up and manage field collections team in respective states & drive them for the numbers with proper planning. Finalising the pick agencies.
